A New Year's Resolution - Support Your Local Market!

As 2013 gets underway, remember to support your local market, where you'll be able to pick up lots of what you'll need, including fresh fruit and vegetables, cakes and biscuits, eggs.

You will be able to bag yourself a bargain, while at the same time helping to support your local town.

This forms part of North East Derbyshire District Council's Buy Local campaign.

Gazebos and Tables Available to New Traders!

Have you considered becoming a market trader, but have not got the money to be able to purchase your own equipment? Has this put you off from becoming a trader at one of our markets?

If so, fear no longer! The Love Your Market team have purchased a set of 8 Gazebos as well as 8 folding tables, which are specifically for new traders to use on our markets, to help them in those first few months to become established. And best of all, they are totally FREE to use!

If you are interested in utilising some of this equipment, please contact the team on 01246 217550.

Fresh, local produce, great value and a friendly service!

That's what you can expect when you visit your local market in Clay Cross, Dronfield, Eckington or Killamarsh.

And we're working with market stallholders and markets operators to help you to love your local market!

We've held family fun days to get people to come along to their local market, and we are working to bring in new stall holders.

This is all part of our Marketing the Markets programme, supported by BNED Leader.
